I just reread my last blog, with the poem. My kids would roll their eyes and tease me about being corny--where else if not on my blog.
I do pay attention to nature. I think it can teach us a lot. I remember back before there was radar and T.V. weather men, my grandmother could predict the coming storms, and dry spells, and hard winters, just by paying attention to the "signs" that nature gave her. As I get older, and remember her quips about "mares tails and mackerel skies", "red sky at morning...." I come to discover she was right most of the time.
